Kitchen Remodeling Project by Makoski Construction Remodeling involved the updating of this 12 year old Kitchen within the existing walls of this condominium. The existing kitchen was completely isolated from the living room with a solid wall and closet. The dining room had only a small drywall opening to the kitchen and one had to walk around the breakfast table to exit the sliding glass door to the patio.

This Remodeling Project by Makoski Construction Remodeling involved the updating renovation of this 36 year old Kitchen with the inclusion of a three season room. The existing kitchen was centralized between the foyer, dining room, family room, back hall entrance from the garage and guest bath. A centralized kitchen with entrances from five traffic pattern areas creates for a challenging design solution.
